Hello! About Me
I’m Merlin, a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Nottingham.
My journey into the world of health and nutrition started after I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2018. Specialists recommended me to lose weight and go on the pill. I had negative affects from the pill and felt powerless over my own health and wellbeing. I decided to Stop taking the pill and take a more holistic approach.
This experience sparked my passion for wellness, and I have since dedicated myself to learning how food and lifestyle can empower us to lead healthier lives.
After university, I worked at NHS, where I collaborated with an incredible range of clients and colleagues, each adding to my commitment to making nutrition accessible and impactful.
I find immense joy in creating personalised meal plans, especially in support of other women with PCOS, as we navigate our unique health journeys.
Whether it’s crafting meal plans, sharing practical advice, or offering personalised support, I’m here to help you find balance and confidence in your well-being through nutrition.
